My journey into health coaching began after facing my own struggle with pre-diabetes and excess weight—and witnessing my younger cousin lose her eyesight to type 2 diabetes.

It led me to study lifestyle-based, root-cause approaches that help women over 40 restore insulin sensitivity and create lasting change.

Unlike programs that focus only on food rules or short-term results, my approach addresses the root cause of blood sugar struggles—insulin resistance—while helping women build habits they can actually sustain.

We focus on:

mindset and identity

strategic nutrition (not restriction)

movement that supports blood sugar

stress and sleep optimization
