Most members spend about 1–3 hours per week engaging with content and coaching. The real impact comes from applying what you learn within your normal routines around food, stress, sleep, and movement—rather than adding more to your plate.
Some members notice improvements within a few weeks, and a number have successfully brought their A1C back into a normal range within about three months. That said, we recommend a minimum of 4–6 months to fully work through Phase 1 of the Reverse It Hub and build the habits that support lasting change.
