FAQs
As a member of the Reverse It Hub, you'll gain access to a wide range of resources including sample meal plans, recipes, courses, protocols and other resources applicable to reversing pre-diabetes, shedding excess weight, balancing hormones, change habit, mindset, progress tracking tools, and more. You will have access to all the content in the portal as long as you are a current member. To support you further, we have two monthly live Zoom coaching sessions and an active supportive online community.
You'll receive new content every month. You may post questions in the community which will be answered by me. We have a challenge each month lasting anywhere from 5 to 30 days.
Yes! Joining the Reverse It Hub will absolutely support you on your weight loss and prediabetes reversal journey—if you put in the work. It’s important to remember that it may have taken several years to gain the weight, and you may have been insulin resistant for 5 to 20 years before receiving your prediabetes diagnosis. So, it’s crucial to be realistic about your timeframe and goals.That said, many of our members have successfully reversed their prediabetes in just three months! For best results and to fully embrace permanent lifestyle changes, we recommend staying in the Reverse It Hub for at least six months. A longer commitment allows you to truly change your habits and sustain your progress for the long term, ensuring lasting success.
There is no contract. If you wish to exit the Reverse It Hub, you may cancel your membership and you will not be billed for the following month. Here is the process: (1) Log In: Sign in to your member portal using your registered email and password. (2) Navigate to Membership Settings: Go to the account settings or membership management section. (3) Cancel Membership: Follow the prompts to cancel your membership. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete. (4) Your access to the Reverse It Hub portal and Facebook community will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
