What kind of support can I expect from this service?

My service provides a structured and supportive approach to help you achieve your health goals:

30-Minute Empowerment Session: We'll start with a 30-minute session to determine if this program is the right fit for you.-

Comprehensive Assessment: You'll complete an assessment to help me understand your challenges including habits, food preferences, and exercise preferences.

Personalized Plan: During our first consultation session, we'll develop a customized plan tailored to your needs.

Follow-Up Session: Two to four weeks later, we'll have a final session to review your progress and make necessary adjustments.

Extensive Resources: You'll receive resources on what to eat, meal timing, exercise, stress management strategies, mindset, and more. This includes a 30-day meal planning sample and recipes.

Self-Accountability: While you'll be provided with a robust plan and resources, you will be responsible for your own accountability.

If I have pre-diabetes and I am under 40, will this service still help me?

Absolutely! The core of this service is to help women reverse their pre-diabetes and or release weight.

What are your credentials?

In addition to being trained as a Diabetes Type 2 Prevention Lifestyle Coach with the American Association of Diabetes Educators, I have two health coaching certifications, a holistic weight loss certification, a consistency coach certification, and I’m currently enrolled in a Hormonal Specialist Certification Program and a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor Program.

While individual results may vary, as you are doing your own self accountability, I committed to providing you with the best tools, resources, and support to help you achieve your health goals. I offer a satisfaction guarantee for my consultation session. If you are not satisfied with the session, please contact me within 7 days after our the first of the two consultation sessions to discuss your concerns.
