You'll receive weekly coaching via Zoom, regular progress check-ins, sample meal plans and recipes, exercise recommendations and videos, 12 week course covering a range of topics covering nutrition, mindset, movement, stress and sleep management, gut health, hormones and more, and access to a supportive online community of like-minded women. We provide continuous guidance and inspiration to help you stay on track.
Absolutely! The core of the program will help younger women reverse their pre-diabetes. For the woman over 50, this coaching program will also address unique challenges such as hormonal changes, metabolic shifts, and lifestyle factors that affect this age group.
In addition to being trained as a Diabetes Type 2 Prevention Lifestyle Coach with the American Association of Diabetes Educators, I have two health coaching certifications, a holistic weight loss certification, a consistency coach certification, and I’m currently enrolled in a Hormonal Specialist Certification Program and a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor Program. I also have an MBA.
